By accessing or using WBL Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

WBL Tracker provides a digital platform for managing work-based learning programs, including:

• Student placement tracking and management
• Progress monitoring and reporting
• Communication tools for stakeholders
• Compliance and documentation management
• Analytics and reporting capabilities

User Accounts and Access

School Administrators

School administrators are responsible for managing user accounts, configuring system settings, and ensuring compliance with applicable educational privacy laws.

Educators

Educators may access student information relevant to their assigned programs and are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of student records.

Students

Student access is managed by their educational institution. Students are responsible for accurately reporting their work-based learning activities.

Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate educational purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Share or misuse student data
• Attempt to breach system security
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Impersonate other users or provide false information

Data Ownership and Privacy

Schools retain ownership of all student data entered into the system. WBL Tracker acts as a data processor and complies with FERPA, COPPA, and other applicable privacy laws.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

WBL Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will assist with data export and deletion as requested by the school.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to users with at least 30 days notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country] without regard to conflict of law principles.
